Ultrasonic Washing Procedure

The Tiresonic ultrasonic washing procedure is an innovative high-tech cleaning for residue-free dirt removal of rim surfaces down to the smallest structures. The patented rotation technology cleans wheels and rims through billions of imploding cavitational bubbles without the use of aggressive chemicals and mechanical additives.

In the warm Tiresonic cleaning bath, microprocessor controlled piezoelectric ultrasound transducers produce microscopic bubbles generating an extreme vacuum internally at high temperatures for microseconds. The subsequent implosion releases energy that functions as an attack of Billions of microscopic wiper blades processing the cleaning good.

With the Tiresonic ultrasonic washing procedure, wheels and rims are cleaned on a microscopic level. This way, wheels and rims can be cleaned very effectively and gently. Even tenaciously burnt in brake dust residue can be removed from the rim surface.

The effective ultrasonic washing procedure enables the thorough cleaning of wheels within short time periods. With the double-head system, one set of wheels can be washed like new in only 4 minutes. Tiresonic wheel washers are almost done washing an entire wheel set by the time typical 4-wheel washers are fully prepared. The washing times are also freely programmable.
